Todd Hubbell, Kayla Forosisky, and Blake Koehn and are personal trainers that are highly skilled in all areas of health and fitness. At Melita Fitness & Rehab/San Diego Personal Training, we work together as a team to provide the best experience for all of our clients! We do this by communicating with each other about the best way to help each person reach their personal goals in the most efficient manner possible.
Session Details
Since not every person has the same fitness goals, personal fitness training has many different aspects that need to be considered in order to help someone get to their optimum fitness levels. Our trainers will perform a series of assessments and evaluations that will help pin-point where you are physically. Once they’ve uncovered all of our obstacles, they will then help take you to a level of fitness that surpasses all of your expectations.
- Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length including stretching.
- If you purchase a training session package, discounts will be applied.
- If you decide to try a session first, the price will be the cost of a single session; however, if you choose to purchase a package, that cost will go towards the package of your choosing and will count as session #1.
- If you decide that you would like to purchase a bigger package you may upgrade within the first 1/4 of paid sessions by only paying the difference between the packages.
